FFL Transfer

As of 13 Feb 2024, private transfers of firearms are no longer allowed.  All transactions must involve a FFL and NICS background check.  Order a firearm online, have one sent to us from another state, or complete the sale and transfer between two private parties, ATS-Midland can help you maintain compliance with Michigan and federal firearms laws.  We will coordinate with the FFL dealer that is sending us the firearm and let you know when it is ready to transfer to you.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:   $45 per transaction for the first 2 firearms, additional $15 per firearm above 2 firearms in the same transaction.  You will be charged at time of transfer in the store.  All firearms being transferred to ATS-Midland will have to be physically picked up at the Midland Mall location.  Please bring your state-issued ID, CPL license, and pistol purchase paperwork (if no CPL).
